On the basis of the second indent of paragraph two of Article 11 of the Road Traffic Rules Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 156/21 – official consolidated text and 161/21 – corr.) and Article 26 of the Transport of Dangerous Goods
Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 33/06 – official consolidated text, 41/09, 97/10 and 56/15), the Minister of the Interior hereby issues the following
ORDER
prohibiting traffic on the roads of the Republic of Slovenia
Article 1
Pursuant to this Order, traffic on certain public roads in the Republic of Slovenia shall be prohibited on Monday, 28 March 2022, from 11.00 to 14.00, for:
- goods vehicles and combinations of vehicles with a permissible maximum mass exceeding 7,500 kg;
- all vehicles transporting dangerous goods by road.
Article 2
Pursuant to this Order, traffic on certain public roads in the Republic of Slovenia shall be prohibited on Monday, 28 March 2022, from 17.00 to 20.00, for:
- goods vehicles and combinations of vehicles with a permissible maximum mass exceeding 7,500 kg;
- all vehicles transporting dangerous goods by road.
Article 3
Pursuant to this Order, traffic on certain public roads in the Republic of Slovenia shall be prohibited on Tuesday, 29 March 2022, from 8.00 to 9.30, for:
- goods vehicles and combinations of vehicles with a permissible maximum mass exceeding 7,500 kg;
- all vehicles transporting dangerous goods by road.
Article 4
Pursuant to this Order, traffic on certain public roads in the Republic of Slovenia shall be prohibited on Tuesday, 29 March 2022, from 14.00 to 17.00, for:
- goods vehicles and combinations of vehicles with a permissible maximum mass exceeding 7,500 kg;
- all vehicles transporting dangerous goods by road.
Article 5
The traffic prohibition under Article 1 hereof applies to the following public roads:

Article 9
The traffic prohibition under Articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 hereof shall not apply if driving is necessary:
- for saving human lives;
- for preventing or eliminating imminent danger to people;
- for preventing or eliminating major material damage or environmental pollution;
- for transporting humanitarian aid;
- for towing or removing a vehicle that cannot continue driving due to breakdown and has stopped on a carriageway or on a part of the road outside the carriageway and is obstructing or endangering traffic. The towing or removal may in this case
only be carried out by a natural or legal person registered for these activities, and only to the nearest place suitable for withdrawal of the vehicle;
- for radio and television outside broadcasting vehicles.
Article 10
The drivers of vehicles subject to the traffic prohibition must park their vehicles in a parking area or another suitable parking space before the prohibition takes effect.
Article 11
On motorways, the traffic prohibition under Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8 hereof shall apply in the direction of the route.
Article 12
If the reasons for which the traffic prohibition has been put into effect do not arise or cease before the expiry of the period set out in Article 1, 2, 3 or 4 hereof, the police may permit the traffic of vehicles that are subject to the prohibition.
Notification of this shall be published in the media.
FINAL PROVISION
Article 13
This Order shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
